โ€ข review, analyze, and interpret user requirements and business specifications to develop effective technical solutions supporting City departments and business operations
โ€ข designing, developing, testing, debugging, documenting, and maintaining application systems and software solutions ranging from simple enhancements to large-scale enterprise implementations
โ€ข work closely with business users, Systems Analysts, Project Leaders, and development teams to ensure applications meet business requirements, quality standards, and performance expectations
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 5+ years of Programmer / Analyst experience.
โ€ข Experience reviewing and interpreting business and technical requirements.
โ€ข Experience designing, coding, testing, and implementing software applications.
โ€ข Experience supporting enterprise application development projects.
โ€ข Experience maintaining and enhancing existing applications and systems.
โ€ข Experience troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving application issues.
