Job Summary:
This position directly supports business operations across the agency, including facilities management, capital improvements, and inventory oversight. This includes buildings that are owned by the state and rented including (150 N 18th Ave Phoenix AZ; 250 N 17th Ave Phoenix AZ; 501 N 24th Street Phoenix AZ; 4814 S 40th Street Phoenix AZ; 400 W Congress, Suite 116 Tucson AZ). This position will oversee the day-to-day administrative activities, including staff management and process optimization including front desk management, security management, phone trees, signage, and other duties as assigned. This position will manage agency-wide business functions, including copier services, mailroom operations, and auxiliary business support including quote requests.

โ€ข Support business operations across the agency, including facilities management, capital improvements, and inventory oversight.
โ€ข Manage agency-wide business functions, including copier services, mailroom operations, and auxiliary business support including quote requests.
โ€ข Oversee the management and governance of agency email systems, Google Groups, and professional listservs to ensure secure and efficient internal and external communication.
โ€ข Other duties as assigned as related to the position.
