Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

The Business Process Management (BPM) team is committed to managing and improving performance of end-to-end processes critical to business while continuously exploring opportunities to advance and mature process capabilities in addition to collaborating and influencing business partners to ensure their understanding of all initiatives and strategies.
As an AVP in Business Process Management, you will drive customer, employee, and agent experiences by optimizing end to end business processes for operational effectiveness and efficiency. Fostering and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement, you will influence strategy and develop and own opportunities to improve business results that are aligned with the enterprise strategy. You will manage and oversee team(s) of business professionals to ensure business actions are aligned with enterprise and business unit goals.

What Will You Do?

  • Partner with leaders across multiple business areas to ensure goals are aligned to overall business strategy.
  • Own the execution of your business area's multi-year strategic plan.
  • Generate new ideas to meet business needs and which improve overall business performance.
  • Accountable for the buy-in and implementation of process improvement opportunities to drive business results across multiple portfolios.
  • Ensure a firm understanding of the business transformation and the corresponding change management strategies to encompass all aspects of the strategic work.
  • Maintain an understanding of marketplace and competitor trends and industry data and translate into the operations strategy.
  • Manage business planning and budgeting, in addition to, driving the Cost Benefit Analysis discussions around hard and soft benefit realization and tracking.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

  • 8 years of experience.
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma and Agile methodology.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and planning effective strategies, with the ability to lead a team to implement those strategies.
  • Advanced leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop team members, leverage differences, and strategically align resources to accomplish key objectives.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and influencing skills with the ability to present complex information to senior leadership and functional partners in relevant business terms.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to problem solve, think critically, and operate strategically across the company.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of trends, emerging platforms, and new technologies and ability to identify best practices and implement them into the organization.

What is a Must Have?

  • 7 years of experience in operations, collaborating on projects, or working in a related field.
  • 4 years of leading, coaching, and/or indirect or direct management experience.
