· Responsible for coordinating the execution of the critical path roadmap and aligning resources to successfully deliver and operationalize key initiatives.

· Lead project planning, execution, and delivery across cross-functional teams.

· Manage timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution.

· Coordinate resources and stakeholders across business, operations, IT, and leadership teams.

· Provide project status updates, decision support, and escalation of critical issues.

· Support implementation readiness, operational handoff, and adoption of completed initiatives.
