Hearth & Home Technologies is looking for a Business Process Improvement Engineer to join our manufacturing team. As the nation's leading manufacturer and supplier of hearth products, we are committed to operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement across our manufacturing facilities.

In this role, you will serve as a change agent, partnering with operations, engineering, maintenance, and leadership teams to identify opportunities, eliminate waste, solve complex problems, and drive sustainable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. This is an excellent opportunity for an improvement-minded professional who thrives on influencing change and helping teams achieve higher levels of performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance plant performance and operational results
  • Facilitate root cause problem solving and implement sustainable corrective actions
  • Coach and develop leaders and team members on lean principles and continuous improvement tools
  • Deliver training that strengthens organizational capabilities and supports business objectives
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes, workflows, and production systems
  • Identify improvement opportunities independently and drive solutions from concept through implementation

Additional Information

  • This role will be based at our Mt. Pleasant facility; however, will work other projects throughout the US plants and distribution facilities.  Expected travel up to 25%.
