Location: Louisville, CO preferred

May be open to White Plains, NY


Assignment Length: 6 months Contract to hire!

Pay: $56.36/hr

Job Overview

We are seeking a Logistics Business Process Analyst to support supply chain systems, logistics operations, reporting, integrations, and process improvement initiatives in a fast-paced consumer packaged goods environment.

This role serves as a technical subject matter expert for supply chain systems and processes, translating business needs into scalable solutions across transportation, warehouse, inventory, and operational reporting functions. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, systems-minded, and able to solve business-critical issues while managing multiple priorities.

This is a strong opportunity for someone with SAP, EDI, ERP, TMS, WMS, reporting, logistics, and supply chain process experience who can partner effectively with Operations, IT, and Customer teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for supply chain systems supporting transportation and warehouse operations.
  • Translate business needs into scalable systems, process, reporting, and integration solutions.
  • Support operational gaps through tactical and transactional support as business needs require.
  • Resolve business-critical system and integration issues impacting logistics performance.
  • Lead development and enhancement of reporting, data flows, dashboards, and system integrations.
  • Identify process gaps and implement scalable, technology-enabled solutions.
  • Support continuous improvement and productivity initiatives across logistics operations.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, IT, Customer, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Support use of tools, reporting, and processes across internal teams.
  • Maintain documentation, training materials, process maps, and system knowledge.
  • Support audits, controls, operational reporting, and system-related business needs.
  • Help improve data visibility, inventory accuracy, issue resolution, and supply chain decision-making.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with SAP and EDI in a supply chain, logistics, warehouse, transportation, or operations environment.
  • Experience with supply chain systems such as ERP, TMS, WMS, EDI, or related platforms.
  • Ability to translate business needs into system, process, reporting, or integration solutions.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot system, data, and process issues with limited direction.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to work hybrid in Louisville, CO or White Plains, NY, with preference for Louisville.
  • Ability to complete a 6-month contract assignment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Consumer packaged goods, food, beverage, dairy, nutrition, or regulated supply chain experience.
  • Experience supporting logistics, transportation, warehousing, inventory, or customer operations.
  • Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting and visualization tools.
  • Experience supporting system integrations and data architecture.
  • Experience with continuous improvement, process optimization, or productivity initiatives.
  • Experience working in a global or matrixed corporate environment.
  • Experience partnering with IT and business operations teams.

Work Environment

This is a corporate supply chain systems and logistics support role. The position may be based in Louisville, CO or White Plains, NY, with Louisville preferred.

The role requires frequent partnership with Operations, IT, Customer, and Supply Chain stakeholders.

For Louisville, CO: employees accrue sick time at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per year.
