Location: Remote
Role Overview:
OptimizeRx is seeking an experienced BPMN resource to document and map our end-to-end business processes. The primary focus is to visualize current workflows from the top of the funnel (Sales) through to the bottom (Operations) to identify Value-Add and Non-Value-Add activities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • BPMN Mapping: Document current business processes and workflows using BPMN standards.
  • Efficiency Analysis: Identify and show Value-Add vs. Non-Value-Add activities within all process mappings.
  • Stakeholder Interviews: Engage comfortably with various levels of staff, from executive leadership to front-line employees, to gather process details.
  • Full Funnel Documentation: Map the entire lifecycle of the business from Sales through to Operations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Business Process Management (BPMN).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interface with staff at all levels.
  • Experience in documenting complex, end-to-end organizational workflows
