Responsibilities
  • Supports process improvement efforts by applying intermediate knowledge of business operations and improvement methodologies.
  • Assists in analyzing data to identify inefficiencies and contributes to recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Participates in root cause analysis and helps develop practicable solutions consistent with established procedures.
  • Applies Lean Six Sigma and Agile techniques to support project execution and process optimization under general supervision.
  • Contributes to testing and integration of tools that improve documentation workflows and support regulatory compliance.
  • Maintains process documentation and assists in tracking improvement initiatives to ensure alignment with team objectives.
  • Identifies basic risks and supports development of mitigation strategies to promote quality and timely delivery.
  • A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Three or more years of experience in business process improvement or operational excellence initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience pulling operational data and ensuring accuracy across reports or dashboards.
  • Experience tracking and sending various reports that have specific deadlines that need to be monitored to ensure timely completion.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull and identify accurate data using various data systems such as SAP, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Power BI, SAS, and other systems.
  • Experience utilizing and editing shared documentation repositories such as SharePoint, SCE Portal, etc.

Additional Information
  • This position's work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.

  • The primary work location for this position is the Foothill Service Center (Fontana, CA). However, the successful candidate may also be asked to work for an extended amount of time at alternate work location.
