## Process Improvement SpecialistApplylocations: Houston, TX (TAS-Cullen HQ)time type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: JR106699**POSITION OVERVIEW:**The Process Improvement Specialist plays a vital role in enhancing efficiency, quality, and productivity within our business processes.**KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Process Analysis: + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand current processes. + Assemble, create and maintain detailed process maps. + Conduct a gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend changes. + Use data analysis to identify trends and patterns. + Build cross-functional teams to address end-to-end comprehensive analyses to ensure any potential upstream/downstream impacts are accounted for. + Develop TAS process-map standard.* Process Improvement: + Working with department stakeholders, develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency. + Create work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs). + Optimize workflows, reduce waste, and enhance productivity. + Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. + Assist in the implementation of an employee driven, enterprise-wide Process Improvement program.* Training: + Develop training modules and materials tailored to specific processes. + Conduct interactive training sessions and workshops. + Identify and train SMEs in each functional unit to assist in implementation of change and ensure steady flow of incoming improvement suggestions. + Assess employee performance and provide feedback to management based on observations.
