Business Change Manager Sr

Location: Hybrid1: This role requires associates be in the office 1-2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered.

The Business Change Manager Sr is responsible for working with management to identify and implement varied projects, programs and plans that support achievement of business unit and enterprise goals.

How you will make an impact:

  • Identifies potential issues, project change, and scope.
  • Leads efforts to identify best practices.
  • Identifies impacted parties, business partners, and resources required.
  • Develops and designs processes and systems that support business needs.
  • Designs methods for integrating function and process.
  • Conducts cost/benefit analyses.
  • Builds support for business change throughout the business unit.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 8 years process improvement, business change or project related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

  • Experience in successfully developing and managing projects with fairly significant operating budget and knowledge of process redesign strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and consistently deliver high-quality work within established deadlines.
  • Advanced reporting and analytical capabilities, including experience developing reports from inception and translating complex business requests and data needs into clear, concise, and actionable reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and enhance reporting processes, with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience independently leading small- to mid-sized account management or business initiatives from planning through implementation, including coordination of stakeholders, deliverables, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a proactive and dependable approach to identifying needs, resolving issues, and driving work to completion.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a demonstrated commitment to accuracy, quality, and consistency in deliverables.
  • Strong technology aptitude and adaptability, including the ability to quickly learn and adopt new tools and incorporate technology into existing workflows to improve efficiency, reporting capabilities, and business outcomes.
  • Healthcare industry experience, preferably within a health plan and/or Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) environment.
  • Medicare experience, including knowledge of the Medicare line of business, its evolving business and regulatory landscape, and the ability to incorporate relevant Medicare considerations into reporting and business analysis.
  • Ability to combine strong reporting and analytical skills with project leadership, process improvement, technology adoption, and healthcare industry knowledge to support business objectives.
