Job Description

The WMS Business Systems Analyst will support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), with a strong focus on the Manhattan platform. This role partners with cross-functional teams to improve warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics processes, and system integrations across enterprise applications.

Responsibilities include supporting Manhattan WMS implementations, configuring and testing system functionality, conducting user acceptance testing, delivering associate training, performing system audits, and assisting with rollout activities. The role also involves analyzing complex business scenarios, developing process improvements, maintaining compliance with inventory and regulatory requirements, and presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

The ideal candidate will have strong operational and business process experience within warehouse management environments and a solid understanding of system integrations, data warehousing, and Agile methodologies.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience supporting Warehouse Management Systems

  • Experience implementing or supporting Manhattan WMS or similar supply chain software solutions

  • Experience supporting applications or data warehouses in production environments

  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management processes

  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies

  • Strong presentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Experience conducting system testing, training, and process improvement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Manhattan WMS, transportation, logistics, or supply chain systems

  • Experience implementing Manhattan WMS from a business or operational perspective

Education / Experience

Bachelor’s degree and typically 6+ years of related experience, or a Master’s degree with typically 4+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
