Ahold Delhaize USA associates support the brands with a wide range of services, including Finance, Legal, Sustainability, Commercial, Digital and E-commerce, Technology and more.

OverviewThe Analyst IV, Business performs business requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation to support enhancements and solutions that address defined business needs. This is in support of the Project Management Office for internal tools and processes.
Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office location is Salisbury, NC.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

  • Document business requirements and functional specifications.
  • Support process mapping, workflow creation, and gap analysis.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and expected outcomes.
  • Participate in solution reviews, testing support, and requirement validation.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve solution usability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience.
  • 5+ years of business analysis experience.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Clarity, Power BI, SharePoint and Atlassian Tools.
  • General understanding of project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile scrum, SAFe.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting technology-enabled process improvements.

Salary Range: $92,640-$138,960
