Job description

Summary: The Business Process Analyst reviews, analyzes, and evaluates user needs to create systems solutions that support overall business strategies. Documents system requirements, defines scope and objectives, and creates system specifications that drive system development, testing and implementation. Serves as the liaison between the various departmental teams and the IT department. The Business Process Analyst works with a team of highly skilled associates and managers to manage projects including: client integration, new business transition as well as implementing new services and programs internally. A Business Process Analyst must have both business and technical expertise.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 05:30 PM

Compensation: This salaried, exempt position pays from $71,000 to $85,000 per year. The estimated annual pay for new hires generally ranges from $71,000 to $85,000 or more, depending on experience, education level and annual bonuses (based on performance).
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to complete the following essential duties and responsibilities:
  • Work cross functionally across different departments in the functional design, development, testing, implementation, and rollout of existing and new business processes.
  • Serve as primary point of contact and effectively communicate with departments on the progress of implementations.
  • Create and maintain training documentation for business processes.
  • Make recommendations for process/software enhancements.
  • Conduct preliminary investigation for all new business process requests. Review requirements, specifications, test, support and training plans to ensure they are in line with business objectives on projects.
  • Create quality reporting, analysis and audits to measure the success of implementations.
  • Help ensure new system requirements/enhancements/changes are tested and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Other tasks may include: support other project testing as needed, running reports and pulling data from the system for audits, making recommendations to the development team to improve the system.
  • Travel 25% locally, occasionally nationally and/or internationally.
  • Perform additional duties as required and or requested.

Additionally the candidate must meet the following Education and/or Experience requirements:
  • Proficient in the Microsoft office suite of products.
  • Demonstrated project management skills: ability to manage multiple events, and tasks, and prioritize accordingly
  • High School Education required.
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Self-driven, "can do" attitude
  • Excellent oral and written English language communication skills.
