The Staff SAP SD & GTS Business Analyst leads the design, implementation, and support of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) solutions. This role partners closely with stakeholders across OrdertoCash, Logistics, and Trade Compliance to deliver scalable, compliant, and standardized global solutions aligned with the company's global template and digital roadmap.

This position requires deep functional expertise in SAP SD and global trade compliance, strong integration knowledge across SAP and thirdparty systems, and experience supporting global business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary IT partner to Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and Trade Compliance teams
  • Lead requirements gathering, process design, and functional solution architecture for SAP SD and GTS
  • Drive global template standardization and business process harmonization
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system solutions
  • Lead SAP enhancements, rollouts, and global deployments
  • Support SAP S/4HANA migration initiatives
  • Coordinate and support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production support
  • Diagnose and resolve complex application and integration issues
SAP Functional Scope

SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)

  • Customer master data
  • Pricing and order management
  • ATP and availability checks
  • Delivery, shipping, billing, and invoicing
  • Returns and credit memo processing
  • Intercompany, thirdparty, and dropship processes

SAP GTS (Global Trade Services)

  • Trade compliance (denied party screening, embargo checks)
  • Export control and license management
  • Import/export customs management
  • Trade preference processing
  • Product classification (HTS, ECCN)
  • Customs documentation and regulatory filing
Integration Responsibilities
  • Integrations with SAP MM, FI, WM/EWM, and external 3PL, WMS, and TMS platforms
  • Interfaces via IDOCs, EDI, APIs, and middleware
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • 12+ years of SAP SD experience and SAP GTS experience (GTS Cloud experience preferred)
  • Minimum of two fulllifecycle SAP implementations
  • Strong knowledge of OrdertoCash and global trade compliance processes
  • Experience working within a global template environment
  • Handson experience with system integrations (EDI, IDOC, API)
  • Proven ability to lead business workshops and crossfunctional discussions
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA
  • Experience with SAP GTS Cloud
  • Manufacturing or distribution industry experience
  • CRM integration experience
  • Experience supporting global rollouts and localization
  • SAP SD or SAP GTS certification
