Business Process Analyst Intern Jobs in Florida (NOW HIRING)

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Business Systems Analyst to serve as a vital link between our business units and our IT organization. In this role, you will help identify opportunities for technical solutions that solve real-world business problems. You will play a key role in analyzing business processes, translating needs into functional requirements, and facilitating the successful delivery of technology projects. Key Responsibilities
Business-IT Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the IT team to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Process Analysis & Innovation: Evaluate existing business operations to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for automation and process improvement.
Requirement Translation: Translate high-level business needs into detailed, actionable functional specifications for the development team.
Documentation & Design: Assist in business process redesign and maintain documentation for new technology implementations.
Project Facilitation: Manage the flow of information from initial requirements to final implementation, negotiating commitments and resolving blockers between parties.
Technology Advocacy: Stay current on industry trends and propose innovative solutions that enhance the company's competitive advantage.
Decision Support: Provide recommendations for "buy versus build" decisions based on business needs and system capabilities.
Stakeholder Education: Act as an internal bridge, educating the IT organization on business goals while helping business units understand IT capabilities.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience: Typically 0-3 years of relevant technical or business experience.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to facilitate meetings and negotiate between stakeholders with competing priorities.
