Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Banking Business Analyst with strong expertise in digital banking solutions and business process analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting digital banking platforms, with Q2 Online Banking experience highly preferred, and will be responsible for requirements gathering, process documentation, solution analysis, and supporting platform enhancements.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze digital banking processes, workflows, metrics, and operational requirements to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Gather and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, procedures, and functional documentation.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for digital banking platforms, supporting solution design, configuration, and process improvements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed system requirements and technical documentation.
  • Support digital banking implementations, migrations, integrations, and application enhancements.
  • Perform data analysis, data mapping, and support data migration initiatives.
  • Lead root cause analysis, issue resolution, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
  • Maintain documentation for digital banking applications, processes, and operational procedures.
  • Monitor digital banking performance metrics, feature adoption, and customer experience indicators.
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, risk management, and regulatory standards.
  • Utilize Agile practices and tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Confluence, Microsoft Office, Visio, and Lucidchart.
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or related role.
  • Mandatory experience with digital banking platforms.
  • Q2 Online Banking experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong experience with requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
  • Experience implementing or supporting third-party digital banking solutions.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, financial services, risk, and compliance processes.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, SDLC, and change management processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with data analysis, system integration, and application configuration.
  • Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and digital banking user experience best practices.
