The business unit team is seeking a highly analytical and proactive performance reporting individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about turning data into clear business insights.

This role will support data-driven decision-making through the development of key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, reporting solutions and performance insights. The successful candidate will work closely with Finance, Operations, Commercial, HR and Corporate functions to ensure leaders have timely, accurate and meaningful information to support strategic and operational decisions.

You will bring strong analytical skills, business acumen, curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset. You will have the opportunity to establish reporting discipline, strengthen KPI governance, automate recurring reporting and help build practical, scalable ways of working in a complex and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain and enhance business performance dashboards, scorecards and reporting solutions that support management and executive decision-making
  • Establish standardized KPI definitions, calculations, reporting methodologies and supporting documentation to ensure consistent performance measurement across the organization
  • Produce recurring management and executive reporting packages that clearly highlight trends, risks, opportunities and key performance drivers
  • Analyze operational, financial, workforce and commercial data to identify insights that support planning, forecasting, business reviews and strategic decision-making
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, concise and actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Design and automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort, improve efficiency and strengthen reporting accuracy and scalability
  • Partner with business teams and data owners to improve data quality, consistency, integrity and reliability across reporting outputs
  • Develop and maintain reporting standards, KPI documentation, data dictionaries and related governance materials, as required
  • Investigate and resolve reporting discrepancies, data quality issues and calculation differences in collaboration with functional partners
  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Commercial, HR and Corporate functions to define reporting requirements, validate outputs and ensure reporting solutions meet business needs
  • Present findings and insights in an executive-ready format, using clear storytelling to support accountability and business performance
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen reporting discipline, data governance and data-driven decision-making across the organization
Critical Qualifications
  • University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering or a related discipline; or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, performance reporting, FP&A, consulting, operations analytics or a related discipline
  • Experience developing dashboards, scorecards, KPI reporting and management reporting solutions for business stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize large volumes of information into meaningful insights
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets, multiple data sources and recurring reporting processes
  • Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, MicroStrategy or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of KPI development, performance measurement, reporting methodology and business performance management principles
  • Knowledge of SQL, database structures, data extraction or reporting environments is considered an asset
  • Knowledge of data governance, reporting controls and data quality best practices is considered an asset
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and present insights clearly to senior stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, resourceful and comfortable working in evolving or unstructured environments, with the ability to translate high-level objectives into clear and actionable reporting solutions
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset
