Business Performance Manager, Client Services

At Louis Vuitton, we believe operational excellence is essential to delivering exceptional client experiences. We are seeking a highly analytical and business-minded Business Performance Manager to join our dedicated Client Services team. In this role, you will support the Client Service Center by driving productivity, increasing visibility into CSC performance and KPIs, and providing analytical support to business leaders that delivers insights and frameworks to measure both CSC and Client Advisor productivity. You will play a critical role in identifying trends, shaping reporting frameworks, and making strategic recommendations that enhance business performance and elevate the client experience.

Job responsibilities

As a Louis Vuitton Business Performance Manager, Client Services, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performance Reporting: Own and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting that captures sales, call volume, and CSC productivity performance, using data to evaluate trends and support ongoing analysis.
  • Business Insights: Prepare clear and actionable documentation of insights to inform business leaders and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Dashboard Development: Partner with the CSC Leadership team to design and deploy standardized reporting and analytical dashboards that improve visibility into performance.
  • Financial Partnership: Proactively partner with finance to ensure timely reconciliation of invoices and to review and manage FTE actuals against the annual budget.
  • Strategic Business Support: Amplify the Louis Vuitton North America Client Services voice and serve as a key point of contact for global business performance initiatives aimed at increasing KPI visibility and driving overall business productivity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to identify opportunities to better align investment through data analysis and performance insights.
  • Performance Initiatives: Provide 360 support to performance initiatives and the Senior Business Performance Manager.
  • Project Support: Contribute to additional ad hoc projects as needed in support of the Client Services organization.

Additional information

The selected candidate will be offered a salary range of 90,000–110,000 per year and will be eligible for bonus opportunities, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage; short- and long-term disability; paid time off programs; employee discounts and perks; and two employer-contributed retirement plans.
