Position Overview: 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven SEO Specialist to improve our website’s organic visibility, search engine rankings, and qualified traffic. 

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting our SEO strategy across technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword research, content optimization, link building, and performance reporting. 

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of current SEO practices, search engine algorithms, website performance, and content optimization. You should be comfortable working independently, analyzing data, identifying opportunities, and collaborating with marketing, content, design, and development teams. 

This is a hands-on role for a specialist who can translate SEO insights into practical improvements and measurable results. 


Location: Remote 


Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms, content opportunities, user intent, and competitive gaps. 
  • Optimize website pages, headings, metadata, internal links, URLs, images, and content structure according to SEO best practices. 
  • Identify and help resolve technical SEO issues related to indexing, crawling, redirects, structured data, broken links, mobile usability, and website performance. 
  • Review and optimize existing and new website content to improve relevance, readability, keyword targeting, and organic search performance.
  • Conduct website audits and prepare clear recommendations for improving organic visibility and technical performance. 
  • Monitor competitors’ rankings, keywords, backlinks, and content strategies to identify opportunities for improvement. 
  • Support ethical link-building and digital outreach initiatives aimed at improving website authority and referral traffic. 
  • Track rankings, organic traffic, conversions, click-through rates, impressions, and other key SEO metrics. 
  • Prepare SEO performance reports, explain key findings, and recommend practical next steps. 
  • Optimize business listings, location pages, and local search visibility where applicable. 
  • Use SEO and analytics platforms to monitor performance 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent practical experience is mandatory.  


Experience: 

  • Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in SEO or digital marketing with a strong SEO focus. 
  • Proven experience improving organic rankings, website traffic, or search visibility. 
  • Experience conducting keyword research, on-page optimization, technical audits, and competitor analysis. 
  • Experience working with service-based or B2B companies is an advantage. 
  • Experience working with websites targeting the United States market is preferred. 


Skills and Knowledge 

  • Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO principles. 
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret SEO and website performance data. 
  • Experience using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms. 
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, website structure, and content management systems. 
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify technical or content-related issues. 
  • Good organizational and time-management skills. 
  • Ability to manage several SEO tasks and priorities simultaneously. 
  • Understanding of search engine crawling, indexing, ranking factors, and algorithm updates. 
  • Knowledge of metadata optimization, internal linking, structured data, redirects, and website architecture. 
  • Understanding of content optimization and keyword placement without keyword stuffing. 
  • Familiarity with backlink analysis and ethical link-building practices. 
  • Knowledge of Core Web Vitals, mobile optimization, and website performance principles.
