About Premier NX

Premier NX is a tech-enabled service provider to North American mid-market businesses. We help clients, many of them first-time outsourcers, enhance business outcomes through 5 service pillars, Finance and Accounting, IT Outsourcing, Sales Enablement, Customer Experience, and Analytics services. Our team operates across five countries in the U.S., Canada, Pakistan, the Philippines, and China. We take a co-sourcing approach to working with clients, becoming an extension of their team both in culture and goal orientation. We've received numerous industry accolades and are known for pairing human expertise with technology. We were founded in 2003 in Clarksville, Tennessee (USA) and our Canadian office located in Rothesay, New Brunswick.

Position Summary

Premier NX is looking for a Marketing Manager to oversee B2B marketing for the company. The successful candidate can devise a go-to-market strategy and also execute across several marketing functions, and is ultimately responsible for demand generation, leads that convert to opportunities that convert to closed-won deals. Industry marketing and solution marketing experience will help the successful candidate stand out. This person will be hands on and able to get into tools to directly move the needle. You will lead a small marketing team that will provide some areas of support, and you will partner closely with business development and sales to shape how Premier NX tells its story to first-time outsourcers and mid-market buyers. This is a remote, full-time role reporting to the Head of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hands-on execution for B2B demand generation, lead nurture, and conversion, aligned to company growth goals.
  • Report regularly on progress and metrics.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a small team of marketing specialists and coordinators.
  • Partner with sales to align on pipeline targets, lead scoring, and marketing-to-sales handoff processes.
  • Plan and manage multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including SEO, SEM, paid social, email nurture, account-based marketing (ABM), and webinars.
  • Own content activation, including case studies, whitepapers, blog content, social proof assets, and thought leadership that positions Premier NX across its core service pillars.
  • Guide and oversee the team managing marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar) to track funnel performance and campaign metrics.
  • Evaluate and evolve the website and online properties and oversee conversion rate optimization.
  • Manage Premier NX's social media and brand presence.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors for design, PR, and events as needed.
  • Own marketing KPI reporting, including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, customer acquisition cost, and campaign ROI, and present results to leadership.
  • Represent marketing in cross-functional planning with sales, operations, and company leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 2-3 years in a people management or team leadership role.
  • At least 3 years of experience marketing specifically to the U.S. market, or 5 years of experience within the broader North American market.
  • Proven track record in B2B services marketing; experience in BPO, IT services, or professional/managed services (on-going, recurring revenue, annual contract experience) is strongly preferred.
  • Marketing complex services with long sales cycles over 6 months
  • Demonstrated success building, re-building, and scaling demand generation programs that deliver pipeline results.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce that require integrations.
  • Data-driven approach to marketing, comfortable owning KPIs and reporting results to senior leadership.
  • Must be based in U.S.A. or Canada and able to work effectively across North American time zones with distributed teams, primarily on East Coast hours.
  • Bachelor's degree in or equivalent practical experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal persuasive skills.
  • Proven ability to speak the language of specific BPO industry verticals and translate complex service offerings into sector-specific value propositions.

Preferred

  • Experience marketing outsourcing services to mid-market decision-makers.
  • Experience running long sales cycle demand gen across multiple industry verticals.
  • Experience marketing solutions and portfolios especially in customer experience (CX), finance and accounting (F&A), or IT outsourcing (ITO) services.
