Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Process Analyst to serve as a strategic business partner and advocate for organizational change. This role will work closely with executives, business leaders, IT managers, service owners, and cross-functional teams to evaluate business performance, identify opportunities for operational improvement, and ensure alignment with short- and long-term organizational strategies.

The Senior Business Process Analyst will leverage expertise in business analysis, data analytics, KPI/SLA reporting, budgeting, project management, and process improvement to provide actionable insights and recommendations. The role will also contribute to developing and enhancing the organization's IT Services portfolio, including methodologies for cataloguing and managing IT services.



Roles & Responsibilities

  • Partner with subdivision leaders to implement business action plans, including resource planning, program planning, and operational support budgeting.
  • Collaborate with IT Managers and Service Owners to develop business-case justifications and cost-benefit analyses for new service management initiatives and technology purchases.
  • Oversee company OpEx and CapEx budgets, including expenditures, renewals, services, leases, and other operational commitments.
  • Identify and mitigate organizational and technology debt risks through effective budget and portfolio management.
  • Develop, report, and publish KPIs, SLAs, and OKRs at regular intervals.
  • Analyze business and operational performance data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage and facilitate high-profile projects, ensuring timely execution and smooth completion.
  • Prepare executive summaries, dashboards, and weekly performance reports to support Executive Management decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain organizational documentation, including white papers, process flows, SOPs, business memos, and related materials.
  • Facilitate and support leadership workshops, technology seminars, hackathons, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations regarding portfolio adjustments and enhancements based on evolving business requirements.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for business expansion and operational improvement.
  • Handle complex business issues requiring in-depth analysis and evaluation of multiple factors.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive process improvements and organizational change.
  • Support the development and enhancement of the IT Services portfolio, including service cataloguing and management methodologies.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and business insights to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.



Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
  • 8+ years of proven experience in business analysis, business process analysis, or related roles supporting business optimization initiatives.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and reporting KPIs, SLAs, and/or OKRs.
  • Strong written and verbal business communication skills.
  • Experience preparing executive-level reports, presentations, and recommendations.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within an IT environment.
  • Experience with IT service management or IT Services portfolio management.
  • Experience with OpEx and CapEx budgeting and financial analysis.
  • Experience developing business cases and cost-benefit analyses.
  • Experience presenting directly to executives and senior leadership.
  • Experience with process mapping, SOP development, and organizational documentation.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and current industry trends.
