Whether youโ€™re raising a family, youโ€™re passionate about where you volunteer, or you want to explore different career paths, weโ€™ll give you the resources that can set you up for success. Enjoy generous time-away and health benefits from day one, with the opportunity for flexible work options Receive 2-for-1 matching gifts for your charitable contributions and the opportunity to secure annual grants for the organizations you love Access on-demand professional development resources that allow you to hone existing skills and learn new ones โ€œI can succeed as a Core Operations Business Optimization & Solutions Analyst at Capital Group.โ€ As a Core Operations Business Optimization & Solutions (BOS) Analyst, you will help scale the business by turning complex operational challenges into practical, sustainable solutions. You will partner with associates and leaders across Core Operations to understand business problems, analyze processes with data, document requirements, and design solutions that improve capacity, risk management, and the associate experience. Your responsibilities will include leading improvement initiatives, enabling and analyzing data insights to identify and assess solution options, and developing business-owned solutions, including agentic workflows. You will coordinate with technology partners when solutions require enterprise engineering or specialized support. You will also help troubleshoot technology issues, modernize legacy solutions, and promote repeatable patterns and knowledge that can be applied across teams.

Technical capabilities that will help you thrive Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365, with the ability to build solutions across SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Query, Power BI, and Copilot Studio. You have general knowledge of mutual funds, the investment management industry and/or certifications in agile, business process mapping, design thinking, or business analysis.

โ€œI am the person Capital Group is looking for.โ€ You turn ambiguous business needs into clear problem statements, root-cause analyses, requirements, prototypes, and recommendations that balance value, complexity, risk, scalability, and user needs. You have handsโ€‘on experience designing, building, testing, implementing, and maintaining solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Power Query, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and related Microsoft 365 capabilities. You connect data, process, and technology to enable reliable access and analysis, evaluating data quality, dependencies, integrations, controls, and downstream impacts. You lead small to medium initiatives, managing scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, testing, implementation, adoption, and multiple concurrent efforts with clarity and momentum. You troubleshoot production and technology issues, coordinate fixes with business and technology partners, and communicate status through resolution. You build governed, sustainable solutions with appropriate documentation, testing, change management, continuity, support ownership, and lifecycle planning, while identifying reusable patterns that can scale across teams. You collaborate effectively with subject matter experts, peer developers, technology partners, and leaders; explain technical tradeoffs in clear business terms; and demonstrate curiosity, sound judgment, attention to detail, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
