How You Will Make an Impact:
  • Project Coordination and Administration - 30%
    • Manage priorities, project plans, deadlines, and action items.
    • Coordinate meetings, calendars, logistics, materials, and follow-up.
    • Support communications with internal teams and external partners.
    • Manage travel, events, expenses, and other administrative needs.
    • Ensure commitments are completed and important details do not fall through the cracks.
