We are seeking an experienced Manager, Operations Program Management to lead a team of Operations Program Managers supporting strategic data center infrastructure customers. This role serves as the primary operational leader responsible for driving execution from customer demand through manufacturing, fulfillment, and shipment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations, supply chain, engineering, or program management, combined with exceptional customer-facing communication skills. This leader will oversee a team responsible for coordinating cross-functional activities, managing customer commitments, driving issue resolution, and ensuring successful execution of server and rack production programs.

The successful candidate must be capable of operating in a fast-paced environment, influencing cross-functional teams, managing escalations, and building strong customer relationships while delivering operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Operations Program Managers supporting complex customer programs.
  • Establish operational mechanisms, reporting structures, and best practices to drive consistent execution.
  • Set priorities, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of operational objectives and customer commitments.

Customer Program Management

  • Serve as the senior operational point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
  • Lead customer operational reviews, business updates, and escalation discussions.
  • Ensure clear communication of operational status, risks, mitigation plans, and delivery commitments.

Manufacturing & Operations Execution

  • Oversee program execution from customer forecast and purchase order receipt through manufacturing, fulfillment, and shipment.
  • Drive alignment across Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, Planning, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Sales Operations.

Commitment & Delivery Management

  • Own operational commitment processes including forecast commitments, purchase order commitments, and shipment schedules.
  • Drive execution against customer demand plans and production targets.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions when performance deviates from plan.

Issue Resolution & Escalation Management

  • Lead cross-functional efforts to identify, prioritize, and resolve operational issues impacting customer commitments.
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring operational challenges.
  • Escalate critical risks appropriately while maintaining customer confidence and transparency.

Operational Excellence

  • Develop and implement KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to improve visibility and decision-making.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Operations, Program Management, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related disciplines.
  • 2+ years of experience leading teams or managing direct reports.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production planning, supply chain processes, and fulfillment operations.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving execution across multiple organizations.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and executive-level communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively under pressure.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Management.
  • Experience in server, rack, data center, electronics, or high-volume manufacturing environments.
  • Experience supporting hyperscale cloud or enterprise customers.
  • Knowledge of forecasting, capacity planning, production scheduling, and logistics operations.
  • Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, PMP, or related certifications.
  • Experience developing operational dashboards, KPIs, and business reporting mechanisms.

Salary: $122,600K-$163,300K
