Job description

Join Amazon Business Operations and help reshape B2B Delivery Experience at global scale. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a team that is designing and building its own dedicated fulfillment network from the ground up with the launch of the Amazon Business Dedicated Network (ABDN).
In this role, you'll own the end-to-end program management of US delivery programs for AB, including returns and UTR/OTR operations for ABDN. You'll define operating models, build scalable processes, and drive performance across programs that don't have a playbook yet. You'll work across transportation, operations, finance, and 3PL partners to turn ambiguous problems into repeatable solutions, and your program decisions will directly shape how fast this network scales from pilot to nationwide coverage.
Key job responsibilities
• Own end-to-end program management for NA delivery programs, driving initiatives from scoping through launch and steady-state optimization
• Build playbooks, SOPs, and scalable processes that enable repeatable processes as networks and programs grow from pilot to scale
• Build and maintain KPI reporting and business review mechanisms (WBR, MBR, QBR) that provide visibility into delivery performance and operational health
• Drive cross-functional coordination across transportation, operations, finance, engineering, and 3PL partners to deliver milestones on schedule
• Analyze network performance data to identify root causes of delivery misses, optimization opportunities, and cost reduction levers
• Manage trade-offs between speed, cost, and service quality when making fulfillment and capacity decisions under time pressure
• Contribute operational performance narratives and data insights to WBR, MBR, QBR, and OP1/OP2 cycles
• Escalate risks proactively with data-backed mitigation plans before they impact customers
• Partner with 3PL partners to ensure operational models translate into executable plans that meet cost-to-serve and service-level targets
A day in the life
Your morning starts reviewing delivery performance dashboards - identifying where DEX metrics are off-target and driving actions with operations partners. Mid-morning, you're leading a cross-functional working session to unblock launch, scaling, or performance improvement milestones. After lunch, you're attending doc reviews or building SOPs / scalable practices that are data driven.
Later in the week, you're driving the Weekly Business Review - walking leadership through KPIs, exceptions, and mitigation plans. Your stakeholders span transportation, operations, finance, and engineering. The problems don't always have clean answers - you're building the playbook for a delivery experience still taking shape.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining and executing program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- Knowledge of general AI tools
- Experience designing, implementing, and scaling upskilling, apprenticeship, or workforce development programs across large-scale operations or corporate environments, including forecasting workforce needs and leveraging analytics to drive program decisions
