Goodfire is an AI interpretability research company focused on designing trustworthy AI systems. They are seeking a Business Operations Manager to oversee operational processes and tackle various operational challenges, ensuring smooth business operations and strategic project execution.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Own the operational machinery at Goodfire.
โ€ข Own any operational problem from 0 to 1.
โ€ข Split work between recurring tasks that keep the business running and strategic projects that push the company forward.
โ€ข Ensure there is near-zero administrative overhead for the broader team.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 4-6+ years of experience in operations, business operations, or a generalist role at an early-stage startup.
