Description:

Since 2000, Comfort Solutions has grown from one employee and a service van into one of Utah's leading providers of HVAC, fireplaces, plumbing, and home comfort services.

We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to help keep our office, accounting processes, and operations running smoothly.


What You'll Do
  • Manage daily emails and office communications
  • Oversee A/R collections and customer payments
  • Review and approve vendor invoices and purchase orders
  • Process deposits and customer financing transactions
  • Compile payroll, commissions, bonuses, and employee deductions
  • Approve PTO requests and maintain employee records in Paylocity
  • Enter expenses and assist with accounting in Sage Intacct
  • Support month-end close with accounting teams
  • Monitor installer timecards and job costing in ServiceTitan
  • Order office supplies and distribute incoming mail
  • Assist with fleet maintenance, repairs, registrations, and compliance
  • Support leadership with administrative and operational projects


Requirements:

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of office management, accounting, or operations experience
  • Strong knowledge of A/R, A/P, payroll, and customer service
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
