As part of the eCommerce Strategic Partnerships team, work across several lines of business to be the merchandising general manager for one of Kroger's digital modalities (pickup, delivery, DeliveryNow). Interact across the entire eCommerce portfolio with a focus on continuous optimization of existing business lines, the largest of which are grocery pickup and delivery. Minimum

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience managing profit and loss statements
  • 2+ years of experience in using operational, marketing, and site levers to drive results in an eCommerce environment
  • 2+ years of experience in leading a results-oriented team, including project prioritization, setting team KPIs and objectives/key results, and balancing project workload of the team
  • 4+ years of experience in one of the following areas: replenishment buying/procurement, merchandising, store management, operations, brand management or project management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient knowledge of financial statements and budgets, as well as experience building financial models
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and train
  • Strong understanding of retail and eCommerce industry/technical terms and processes
  • Ability to use data to influence action plans and associated results across the organization
  • Ability to generate actionable insights through analysis of large, complex datasets from different data sources
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organization and multi-tasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Find ways to drive process improvement and implement change
