  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and technology partners to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and incorporated into solution design and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain business requirements documents, process maps, business rules, functional specifications, and other supporting documentation.
  • Participate in project planning, estimation, and scoping activities while identifying risks, issues, dependencies, and impacts.
  • Provide ongoing project support by monitoring progress, communicating status updates, and assisting with issue resolution.
  • Support quality assurance activities, including reviewing test strategies, developing acceptance criteria, participating in user acceptance testing, and validating that solutions meet business requirements.
  • Assist with implementation activities, including change management planning, stakeholder communications, training development, and knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support system enhancements, process improvements, and technology initiatives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, frameworks, tools, and business analysis practices.
  • Share knowledge, provide subject matter expertise, and support the development of team members through mentoring and collaboration.

What you will bring

  • 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, business operations, systems analysis, project delivery, or a related field.
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Active pursuit, interest in pursuing, or completion of relevant certifications such as Business Analysis, Lean Six Sigma, or Prosci Change Management is considered an asset.
