Technology Operations Analyst (Database Access Management)
We are not accepting C2C or 1099 arrangements.
Location: Chandler, AZ (Preferred); Charlotte, NC; Irving, TX; Columbus, OH
Duration: 12-Month Contract
Minimum Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Technology Operations, Information Security, Database Administration support, or a related technical field.
  • 2+ years of experience provisioning and managing database access, including:
    • Creating and disabling user accounts
    • Managing privileges and role assignments
    • Access governance and compliance activities
  • Experience with one or more database platforms:
    • Oracle
    • Microsoft SQL Server
    • Teradata
    • PostgreSQL
    • Yugabyte
    • DB2
  • Experience using ticketing or workflow management systems such as ServiceNow, Remedy, ART, PAC2000, or similar.
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues and resolving user access incidents.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting, analysis, and operational tracking.
  • Experience supporting enterprise access management and security operations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

About the Role
As a Technology Operations Analyst, you will support database access management functions across multiple business lines. You will work closely with Database Administrators, Application Support teams, and security stakeholders to ensure users receive appropriate access based on business and compliance requirements.
You will be responsible for managing user provisioning activities, resolving access-related issues, and helping maintain secure and efficient operational processes. This role requires strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
