This is a Full Time "in office job"

Extensive Travel is required

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within the market.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage sales pipelines and forecast future sales.
  • Represent our company at industry events and trade shows.
  • Provide feedback from clients to help improve products and services.
  • Manage and supervise outside sales staff


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or account management.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Must have strong understanding of the building supply industry in building disciplined sales organization, pipeline management and performance management
  • Experience integrating, managing and marketing, CRM software and MS Office suite.
