  • Monitor revenue, expenses, margins, labor costs, productivity, and other financial indicators.
  • Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and financial feasibility assessments for service line.
  • Support financial reporting, reconciliation, and other financial activities.
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to leadership.

Revenue Cycle & Reimbursement

  • Coordinate revenue-cycle improvement initiatives with finance, coding, compliance, contracting, payer relations, and revenue-cycle teams.
  • Evaluate payer and reimbursement changes for financial and administrative impact.
  • Support financial modeling and reporting for value-based and alternative payment arrangements.

Performance Management & Analytics
  • Develop and maintain scorecards for financial, revenue-cycle, access, scheduling, referral, capacity, productivity, grant, project, and other administrative measures.

  • Analyze trends, identify performance gaps, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Facilitate performance reviews and track approved improvement actions.
  • Provide analytic support for administrative PI initiatives and required accreditation reporting.

Project Management & Strategic Development

  • Develop project scopes, timelines, milestones, responsibilities, and implementation plans.
  • Monitor project performance, risks, barriers, deliverables, and outcomes.
  • Conduct market, payer-mix, capacity, and financial analyses to support strategic planning.
  • Prepare feasibility analyses and implementation plans for proposed growth initiatives.
  • Coordinate administrative change-management and implementation activities.

Grants & Public Funding
  • Identify and evaluate federal, state, local, foundation, and other funding opportunities.
  • Coordinate grant applications, budgets, administrative requirements, and reporting.
  • Monitor grant expenditures, deliverables, deadlines, funding restrictions, and performance.
  • Support grant sustainability planning and identification of emerging funding opportunities.

Collaboration & Administrative Support
  • Serve as a business liaison among BHSL and Ozarks Healthcare leadership and external partners.
  • Provide clear financial, operational, project, and performance reports to leadership.
  • Support administrative preparation for regulatory, accreditation, certification, payer, and grant reviews.
  • Escalate clinical, patient-care, and clinical-performance matters to the respective clinical leader.
