Job description

Join a Business Management team that helps leaders optimize performance and drive key initiatives. You'll act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to business heads, bringing structure to complex problems and helping the organization move priorities forward with discipline and design excellence.

As a Finance & Business Management Associate in Consumer and Community Banking, you will help optimize business performance by driving key initiatives and serving as a trusted advisor and counterweight to business leaders. You'll be responsible for identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks while delivering high-quality analysis, presentations, and project management support. The role is dynamic and adapts to the priorities of the line of business you support, giving you broad exposure across stakeholders and initiatives.

Job Responsibilities 
  • Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad hoc requests spanning project management, presentation development, and business analysis
  • Organize complex information in a strategic, compelling way, applying strong design acumen and advanced Excel and PowerPoint techniques
  • Create wireframes and mock-ups quickly and iteratively for management presentations, reports, and dashboards
  • Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps
  • Project manage and deliver key workstreams and tasks
  • Identify key business risks on the platform and drive resolution of mitigating controls
  • Support audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables, including action plans within the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework
  • Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, employee recognition, and strategy working sessions
  • Collect and maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites
  • Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global partners to simplify, improve, and add value to business processes
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related area
  • 2+ years of experience in a Business Management or COO role
  • Proven experience delivering timely, high-quality presentations and/or reporting, with strong attention to detail and design excellence
  • Demonstrated ability to engage different stakeholder groups and drive the agenda
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, with ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills 
  • Experience supporting audit, regulatory, or control deliverables within a regulated environment
  • Ability to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful rationale in design decisions
  • Experience partnering with global teams to drive process improvements
  • Self-motivated and tenacious, with a track record of delivering under changing priorities
