Job Title: Junior Operations Associate
Location: Remote

Job Overview:
The Junior Operations Associate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our large order dasher network.
This includes recruiting, onboarding, and coordinating dashers, as well as optimizing logistics to improve efficiency.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Dasher Recruitment & Onboarding: Source, screen, and recruit new dashers to meet business demands.
Assist in conducting interviews and onboarding sessions.
Ensure all dashers meet standards and compliance requirements.
Daily Logistics & Operations Management: Monitor driver schedules, availability, and assignments to optimize efficiency.
Address and resolve driver-related issues in a timely manner.
Maintain real-time tracking and reporting of driver performance and operational metrics.
Coordination & Support: Act as the primary point of contact for dasher inquiries and concerns.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transportation operations.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance dasher logistics.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, transportation, or driver management (internships included).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and operations management tools.
