Management Consultant
Position Overview
This role requires 100% domestic travel throughout the year, with consultants typically departing on Sunday and returning home on Friday. As a Management Consultant, you will partner closely with clients to implement operational improvements, drive transformational change, and deliver measurable business results. This position focuses on hands-on execution, working directly with frontline teams and leadership to improve performance, accountability, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
DB&A delivers value through practical implementation and sustainable operational improvements by:
  • Executing client goals, objectives, and operational processes through hands-on frontline coaching and engagement
  • Partnering directly with frontline employees and leaders to improve management practices and behaviors on a daily basis
  • Evaluating resource utilization to identify operational efficiencies and performance improvement opportunities
  • Building strong relationships and maintaining effective communication with clients at all organizational levels
  • Proactively addressing challenges, providing constructive feedback, and facilitating solutions
  • Strengthening frontline accountability related to actions, responsibilities, and performance expectations
