Job Description If hired, please plan to interview on 09/15/2026 from 5:30-6:30 pm. Anyone hired MUST attend a MANDATORY training on 10/12/2026 from 1PM to 4PM DEFINITION Image Summit Group Leaders will help lead and manage groups at the 2026 Image Summit located at the Riverdale Regional Park & Fairgrounds on November 3rd & 4th. Applicants must be available 8 a.m

- 6 p.m. November 2nd, 3rd and 4th. A parent permission form is required for applicants still in school

EXAMPLE OF DUTIES Responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following: Supervision of groups of approximately 35 youth during workshops Guiding groups to workshops in an organized, timely manner Encouraging participation in workshop groups Assisting in maintaining control of environment Monitoring safety of participants during activities Monitoring behavior of participants and notify supervisor of issues Facilitating conversations in workshops Acting as a timekeeper in workshops Performing other duties and responsibilities as required REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Applicants must be between the ages of 14-21 in order to apply.
