Description:

As a Business Analyst, you will serve as a strategic resource responsible for improving business operations through technology, process development, data analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position serves as the organization's subject matter expert for Procore and other business systems while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, communication, and decision-making across all departments. The Business Analyst works closely with leadership to evaluate business needs, implement technology solutions, develop standardized processes, and deliver meaningful data through reporting and dashboards. This role also provides limited IT support by managing hardware, software, and technology assets throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the organization's primary administrator and subject matter expert for Procore, including implementation, configuration, training, maintenance, and ongoing system improvements.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to identify operational challenges and develop technology-driven solutions that improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Evaluate current business processes and develop standardized procedures, workflows, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across departments.
  • Design and maintain communication flowcharts, process maps, and workflow documentation to improve organizational alignment.
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend new software, technologies, automation tools, and production solutions to support business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) to automate tasks, improve workflows, and enhance employee productivity.
  • Develop business intelligence reporting using Power BI and other reporting tools to provide meaningful operational metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify reporting needs and create dashboards that support informed business decisions.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze operational data from multiple business systems to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Lead or support software implementation projects, system integrations, testing, user adoption, and employee training.
  • Manage software licensing, user access, and technology documentation across business systems.
  • Oversee inventory and organization of company technology assets, including computers, peripherals, accessories, and related equipment.
  • Coordinate routine hardware and software deployment, troubleshooting, and vendor support as needed (utilizing parent company’s IT department).
  • Maintain documentation for business systems, technology standards, and internal knowledge resources.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry best practices to continually improve business operations.
  • Present recommendations, project updates, and improvement initiatives to leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, business systems administration, process improvement, project management, or a related role.
  • Experience implementing, administering, or supporting enterprise software platforms (Procore experience strongly preferred).
  • Experience developing reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
  • Strong understanding of business process mapping, workflow design, and documentation.
  • Knowledge of AI tools and automation technologies with the ability to identify practical business applications.
  • Familiarity with software implementation, user training, and change management principles.
  • Working knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, peripheral devices, and basic IT support.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
