Job description

The Program Manager - Integrated Marketing Business Innovation Strategy is a highimpact, analytically rigorous role responsible for driving business analysis and strategic formulation across Marketing & Product verticals, including Integrated Marketing Channels and Media, InFlight Entertainment & Connectivity, and Customer Intelligence & Personalization.

This role supports enterprise decisionmaking by developing financial models, market insights, and structured strategy frameworks that enable leaders to evaluate opportunities, prioritize investments, and understand tradeoffs across the endtoend customer journey. The role will also play a meaningful part in shaping and evaluating Delta's media and monetization strategies. Overall, this position sits at the intersection of commercial analysis, innovation, and longterm strategic planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain financial models, market sizing analyses, and scenario frameworks to support strategy development and investment decisions across Marketing & Product portfolios.
  • Evaluate new initiatives, partnerships, and innovation concepts by developing clear business cases, economic narratives, and financial implications.
  • Partner with portfolio leaders to apply standardized strategy tools, including ROI models, tradeoff frameworks, and prioritization templates, across diverse initiatives.
  • Conduct competitive, industry, and market analyses across customer experience, media networks, platform businesses, and adjacent industries.
  • Translate quantitative and qualitative insights into structured, executiveready materials that support leadership decisionmaking.
  • Track performance against business cases and strategic objectives, surfacing risks, insights, and implications for future decisions.
  • Support adhoc strategic analyses and leadership requests tied to enterprise priorities and timebound initiatives.
