The team partners with field Sales, BD, Solutions Architects, Professional Services, and partners to convert technical opportunities into strategic transformation engagements, supporting customer executive decision-making on AI and cloud investments with AWS. The team has driven multi-hundred-million-dollar qualified ARR pipeline across NAMER and supports must-win opportunities with structured value frameworks, executive engagement methodologies, and AI/agentic business case authorship.
This role leads a team of senior business innovation advisors aligned to multiple NAMER business units. The role owns team strategy, talent, operating model, and engagement quality across NAMER, while directly leading CxO engagements at must-win strategic accounts including Fortune 500 transformation programs and PE-backed enterprise customers. Responsibilities include defining team priorities, authoring frameworks and methodologies that scale across the function, running executive briefings and CxO advisory engagements at strategic accounts, supporting field activation with content and enablement, and influencing AWS Sales, BD, product, and partner stakeholders to embed business value into the agentic AI sales motion. Success is measured by qualified ARR pipeline influenced, value-based deliverables produced, executive engagement outcomes, AI/agentic deal acceleration, and field/partner activation.
The right candidate has led teams that deliver business innovation advisory or strategic transformation engagements to enterprise customers, with deep experience in business innovation led CxO engagement, business case authorship, and AI/agentic transformation. The candidate has built or scaled a function - operating model, competencies, engagement standards - not just executed within one. The candidate operates with high judgment, navigates ambiguity, and translates customer signal into structured frameworks that scale. The candidate is right a lot, invents and simplifies, earns trust with senior executives, and delivers results in a complex matrix org.
Key job responsibilities
• Lead a team of business innovation advisors covering assigned NAMER business units
• Own team strategy, operating model, engagement quality, and KPIs aligned to AGS NAMER growth priorities
• Directly lead CxO and LoB engagements at must-win strategic accounts including Fortune 500 transformation programs and PE-backed enterprise customers
• Author and refine business value frameworks, engagement methodologies, and content - business value analysis for agentic AI, executive engagement playbooks, value case templates, CxO advisory operating models
• Drive cross-functional partnership with Sales, BD, Solutions Architects, Professional Services, and partners to embed business value analysis into agentic AI sales motions
• Influence Worldwide Specialist Organization, product teams, and partner ecosystem to scale frameworks beyond NAMER
• Develop the team - hiring, performance management, career growth, succession planning
• Contribute to AGS NAMER growth initiative prioritization and execution as a senior member of the BD leadership team

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of building and leading large teams and working in matrixed operating structures experience
- Knowledge of distribution networks and channel P&Ls
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives and cross functional teams or equivalent
- Experience in strategic thinking about business, enterprise software products, and new technology platforms and architectures or equivalent
- Experience negotiating VP-level contracts with channel partners and agencies
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Senior Leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of managing and developing high performance teams experience

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
