POSITION SCOPE AND ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT

Moss' Business Innovation Analyst will serve as a key member of the Advanced Innovations Team, supporting initiatives that drive business transformation through new technologies, AI/automation, and emerging market opportunities. This role will contribute to the evaluation, design, and rollout of innovative solutions with both strategic and operational impact. Working closely with leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners, this analyst will connect big-picture innovation strategy to actionable pilots, measurable outcomes, and lasting value creation.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct research and analysis on market trends, disruptive technologies, and competitor strategies to identify high-impact opportunities
  • Support the design, scoping, and assessment of pilot projects across innovation focus areas (e.g., AI, automation, emerging tools)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define success metrics, and ensure innovation projects align with strategic objectives
  • Analyze business processes to uncover inefficiencies and propose technology-enabled improvements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards that communicate insights, recommendations, and outcomes to senior leadership
  • Monitor and evaluate active pilots and innovation initiatives, documenting best practices and lessons learned
  • Track and assess key risks in technology adoption, providing mitigation strategies
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate workstreams and ensure initiatives progress on time and within scope
  • Identify and champion opportunities for scaling successful pilots into enterprise-level solutions
  • Contribute to cultivating an innovative culture by sharing learnings, tools, and frameworks across business units
  • Perform other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, data/analytics, technology management, or a related field is required
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in business analysis, innovation, consulting, or strategy roles
  • Familiarity with AI, automation, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI, and their use cases in enterprise environments is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly to various audiences
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and action-oriented with the ability to support multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Demonstrated curiosity, creativity, and a passion for exploring the "future of work."
