Job description


Chase for Business helps business owners start, grow, and manage their businesses. We aim to be their partner, connecting them to solutions, expert tools and content that support them both financially and operationally beyond banking.
As a Marketing Execution Associate - Enterprise Engagement Marketing within Business Banking, you are responsible for supporting the execution and optimization of customer engagement campaigns and programs that promote customer activation, education, engagement, and loyalty across the Business Banking customer lifecycle.
This role will coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives across email, direct mail, digital channels, landing pages, paid media, and emerging engagement touchpoints. The associate will support campaign development from concept through deployment, partner with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, and monitor program performance to identify optimization opportunities.
Additionally, this role will support the development and execution of Trust & Security marketing initiatives, helping small business customers understand how to protect their businesses through fraud prevention education, cybersecurity awareness, digital security best practices, and adoption of Chase security tools and capabilities.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about delivering customer-focused marketing experiences in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.
Job Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of customer engagement marketing campaigns across the Business Banking customer lifecycle, including onboarding, education, engagement, retention, and relationship deepening initiatives.
  • Coordinate campaign delivery across multiple channels, including email, direct mail, landing pages, digital experiences, paid media, and customer communications.
  • Partner with Marketing Strategy Leads to implement customer journeys, campaign enhancements, segmentation updates, and personalization opportunities.
  • Assist in the execution of Trust & Security marketing programs that educate clients on fraud prevention, cybersecurity best practices, account protection, and safe banking behaviors.
  • Translate marketing plans into actionable execution requirements, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and in compliance with established standards.
  • Coordinate with Channel Execution, Creative, Analytics, Product, Operations, and Technology partners to support campaign development and deployment.
  • Review campaign assets, audience selections, and execution details to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to marketing requirements.
  • Monitor campaign performance and support reporting efforts by compiling results, identifying trends, and helping develop recommendations for future optimizations.
  • Leverage approved Personalization & Insights (P&I) attributes and audience strategies to support targeting, testing, and engagement initiatives and assist with test-and-learn efforts by documenting hypotheses, tracking results, and supporting optimization opportunities.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while monitoring timelines, dependencies, approvals, risks, and key deliverables.
  • Support governance and control processes by partnering with Legal, Regulatory, Risk, Compliance, and Control Management teams to obtain necessary approvals.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute complex projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Ability to analyze campaign results and translate performance insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other standard business applications.
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, campaign execution, CRM/lifecycle marketing, project management, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, direct mail, digital, and paid media.
  • Familiarity with customer journey marketing, segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing principles.
  • Understanding of testing methodologies and performance measurement approaches.
  • Experience working in financial services, banking, payments, cybersecurity, fraud prevention, or other regulated industries, in addition to knowledge of fraud prevention, trust and security communications, cybersecurity awareness, or customer education programs is a plus.
  • Strong project coordination skills with the ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
