Senior Product Manager – CRM

Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite – 5 days/week)

6-month contract-to-hire

Rate: 65/hr on W2

Full-time conversion will be 145K + Benefits 

The Home Depot is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead enterprise CRM and customer data initiatives across HD Pro, HD Supply, SRS, GMS, and other business units. This role will drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of solutions that create a unified customer view, improve sales reporting, and enable cross-selling opportunities across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the enterprise CRM and customer data roadmap.
  • Lead initiatives around Customer 360, customer identity, account hierarchies, and data integration.
  • Partner with business, engineering, architecture, and data teams to standardize customer information across platforms.
  • Improve visibility into shared national accounts and support enterprise sales growth.
  • Prioritize product initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Track success metrics and communicate product strategy, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.

Preferred Experience:

  • Product management experience in CRM, Customer 360, MDM, or customer data platforms.
  • Knowledge of enterprise integrations, APIs, and data ecosystems.
  • Experience in B2B commerce, distribution, wholesale, or large enterprise environments.
  • Ability to translate strategic goals into scalable product solutions and incremental delivery plans.
