Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive, performance-driven marketing strategy aligned with organizational growth objectives.
  • Own and optimize all paid and organic marketing channels, including Google Ads, Meta, SEO, email, SMS, directories, and social media.
  • Drive measurable improvements in patient acquisition, conversion rates, and overall marketing ROI.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Business Development, Admissions, Finance, and Executive Leadership to align marketing efforts with operational and revenue goals.
  • Translate data and business insights into targeted, actionable campaigns that support admissions growth.
  • Establish clear reporting frameworks, analyze campaign performance, and communicate insights in a way that informs both executive decision-making and day-to-day execution.
  • Manage and allocate marketing budgets with a strong focus on efficiency, accountability, and return on investment.
  • Guide content and brand strategy across web, social, and email to strengthen positioning and engagement.
  • Ensure brand consistency and support reputation management efforts across platforms.
  • Lead and develop internal marketing team members while managing external agencies and partners as needed.
  • Build scalable processes and workflows that support growth while maintaining speed, quality, and alignment across teams.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • 2+ years of Healthcare marketing experience required; experience in substance use disorder (SUD) treatment is strongly preferred
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Demonstrated track record of owning marketing outcomes end-to-end, with direct accountability for performance and results (not solely advisory or consultative roles)
  • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through execution
