About the Role
The Business Development Supervisor bridges the gap between marketing strategy and sales execution. Reporting directly to Marketing, this role leads the business development team with a heavy focus on data-driven decision-making, campaign execution, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate will establish tracking frameworks, manage pipeline-generating campaigns, and supervise daily BD operations to maximize campaign ROI and revenue growth.
Your Impact
1. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the business development team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback on a regular basis to ensure team success. Schedule regular one-on-one meetings with the team to discuss progress, address any challenges, and provide feedback.
2. Lead Management: Implement strategies to generate high-quality leads and maintain a consistent flow of potential customers into the sales pipeline. Support the execution of targeted marketing campaigns to ensure a high volume of marketing leads. Proven ability to manage partner channels impartially, ensuring fair and balanced support for all partners while driving collaborative success.
3. Data Analysis: Monitoring the performance of marketing leads and ensuring timely handover of leads.
4. Process Improvement: Work closely with management to identify process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the business development team.
5. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance, lead generation, and campaign results for senior management.
6. Campaign Management Support: Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns to ensure a high volume of marketing leads are generated resulting in SQL's.
7. Governance: Demonstrate a clear understanding of, and strict adherence to, the rules of engagement specific to each instance and division, ensuring compliance and consistency across all interactions.
8. Technical Support: Provide expert troubleshooting and support for business development agents, addressing their inquiries and resolving challenges in a timely and efficient manner.
About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring
Requires 5 years of related experience; bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.

• Experience in leadership or supervisory role
• Proven experience in lead management, marketing coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

In accordance with applicable law, we are providing the anticipated base salary for this role: $61,800 - $92,520 annually.
