We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives and expand our market presence. In this pivotal role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth through innovative sales and marketing strategies. Your proactive approach and strategic mindset will be essential in cultivating strong customer relationships and positioning our organization for long-term success. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead business development efforts in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your expertise to make a tangible impact. Responsible for overseeing the implementation of sales and business objectives.

Requirements:
  • Maintaining Relationships with current clients and help identify areas for potential new clients.
  • Work with Executive team and Director of Business Development on the submittal and closing of agreements and proposals as well as following up on existing open proposals.
  • Develop and present Sales Presentations with Business Dev. Director and Executive team as needed.
  • Build Marketing Initiatives and implement the Execution methods to include all social media, social media platforms and printed marketing material to expand customer base and inform existing customers.
  • Develop budgets and estimates for potential Clients and Projects.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Design and Business Development teams to ensure all project requirements and pre-planning needs are met, these also included fees/sales numbers and project profit goals.
  • Build strong understanding of company history, products and services as well as business position in the industry to include our current competition to keep a competitive edge on the market.
  • Attend industry related conferences and events in efforts to expand our network and client base.
  • Familiarity with the hospitality industry is essential
  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in the procurement industry, showcasing a strong track record of building and maintaining business relationships with customers.
  • Clearly demonstrate a strong business acumen, critical and strategic thinking.
  • Sound decision making, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to act with integrity, empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with culturally diverse staff and populations.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30-40% of the time.
  • Must be comfortable working flexible hours including late afternoons or nights during trade shows and external events.
