Job Summary
Support the Project Managers in coordinating, tracking, and optimizing the execution of wind tower manufacturing projects. The role ensures documentation, timely issue resolution, and clear communication between internal and external stakeholders to drive efficient project delivery
Job Description
  • - Communicate directly with the customer to coordinate project planning and execution
  • - Collect, prepare materials, and host Customer business reviews
  • - Support planning and execution of expansion projects and CAPEX
  • - Support sales with forecast planning & quotations
  • - Track and update project milestones, deliverables, and status reports in coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • - Monitor production schedules and current status and escalate risks or delays to project managers.
  • - Support issue management by documenting and following up on production-related problems and mitigation plans.
  • - Collect, review, and validate operational data for reporting and decision-making purposes utilizing Excel and Power BI dashboard.
  • - Support sales closing or tracking revenue plan by checking monthly invoicing plan.
Qualifications
  • Skills required:
  • - Bachelor degree in Business analysis, Data analytics, or a related field.
  • - 0-2 years of work experience in project management
