As Project Coordinator you will be responsible for;

Administrative role:

  • Project set up
  • Budget creation/maintenance
  • Project closeout
  • Track/Maintain Project Dashboards
  • SharePoint and OpenAir/NetSuite Ownership
  • Assist with Sales Process
  • Project Materials Procurement and Vendor Coordination
  • BOM maintenance, Quoting, Receiving, & Customer Invoicing
  • Meeting Coordination and note taking
  • Issues/Task/Action Item Tracking
  • Presentation preparation
  • Support multiple departments and people at all levels across the organization

Project Coordinator role (support Project Managers):

  • MS Project and Excel
  • Capture Project Plans
  • Support tasks within the plan
  • Coordination/tracking of tasks with team
  • Engineering Change Order Generation, tracking, and release
  • Document Support/Coordination
    • Project Plan Updates
    • Weekly Status Reports
    • Project closeout documentation
  • Deliverables Tracking
  • Prepare interim and completion project reports
  • Configuration Management
  • Interface with Project Manager to provide financial status reports and ensure customer needs are met
  • Must adhere to Alten Quality System processes.
  • Miscellaneous additional functions as needed to support the Project Management role

Qualifications;

  • Associate degree (A.S.) in a Management field or two to five years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 3+ years of project coordination/admin experience
  • Ability to read and write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite of programs (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) as well as Visio or equivalent.
  • Agile/PLM experience is a plus.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000

Location: Westminster, CO

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
