Position Summary

Kunes Auto Group is seeking a creative and customer-oriented Business Development Admin (BDA) to be the face of our dealership online and in person. This role blends social media content creation, inventory marketing, and customer service—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and wants to grow a career in automotive/RV dealership marketing and sales support. Confident, organized, people-first individuals would be a great fit for this role.


Compensation

  • $18.00-$24/HR based on experience

Responsibilities


Digital Marketing & Content Creation

  • Photograph and video fresh inventory, updating website and listings promptly
  • Create social media posts, reels, and videos
  • Monitor and respond to social media comments and Google reviews
  • Attend weekly BDA marketing meetings to stay current on brand strategy

Inventory & Lot Management

  • Conduct sales lot audits to ensure proper signage and branding
  • Post stock stickers, buyer's guides, and key tags on new inventory
  • Keep the delivery calendar accurate and up to date

Customer Service & Sales Support

  • Make customer follow-up calls as requested by sales management
  • Send post-delivery CSI surveys and thank-you cards
  • Greet visitors and collect customer information for the sales team
  • Register sales warranties with the factory
  • Answer multi-line phones professionally when needed
Requirements:

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required (associate's or bachelor's degree a plus)
  • 1+ year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a customer-facing role preferred (willing to train the right person)
  • Dealership or automotive/RV industry experience is a bonus
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Comfortable creating social media content (photo/video) and using basic editing tools
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism
  • Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods; comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
  • Occasional bending, twisting, reaching, and climbing stairs; ability to lift up to 15 lbs
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
