BowerGroupAsia(BGA) is the premier strategic advisory and government affairs firm supporting the world's leading multinational companies across the Indo-Pacific and Africa. With approximately 250 professionals in32markets,BGA advises the world's leading AI, platform, cloud,semiconductorand digital infrastructure companies. The Technology team is building a deliberate, data-driven marketing apparatus to nurture leads, convertprospectsand grow BGA's technology pipeline. This intern will sit at the center of that effort.


Position Summary

BGA seeks a marketing-focused intern to join the Technology business development team in Washington, DC. The intern will operationalize BGA Tech's marketing strategy - supporting owned-media execution, lead tracking, contentproductionand BD research. The ideal candidate combines genuine interest in international affairs and technology policy with hands-on skills in marketing, contentcreationand analytics. This role offers direct exposure to senior BGA leadershipand toa marketing program designed to feed a multi-million-dollar BD pipeline.


Responsibilities

  • Executeweb, email and social mediacampaigns tied to BGA Technology's thought leadership products, including the Indo-Pacific Forecastandthe State of AI Policy report.
  • Manage the Technology team's social media calendar, coordinating cadence acrossreportsand avoiding oversaturation.
  • Produce and format content for LinkedIn, Pardot and the BGA website, including graphics built in Canva andshort-formcopy aligned with team voice and positioning.
  • Track Pardot engagement data,identifywarm leads amongreadersand surface follow-up opportunities to the Tech BD team.
  • Build andmaintainBGA's marketing target lists, includingpriorityaccounts, renewal-cycleprospectsand event-driven outreach lists.
  • Build andmaintaina growth dashboard tracking pipeline by source, content engagement, earnedmentionsand conversion outcomes.
  • Map industry associations in Washington, DC relevant to BGA's technology clients and prospects; track membership opportunities,eventsand decision-maker attendance.
  • Support Salesforce hygiene, including contact updates, lead scoring inputs and segmentation tied to Pardot data.
  • Draft read-aheadsand briefing materials for senior BGA leadership ahead of DC-based client,prospectand association engagements.
  • Provide ad hocadministrative and BD research support to the DC-based Senior Director, Technology.


Qualifications

  • Pursuing or holding a degree in international affairs, communications, marketing, publicpolicyor a related field; candidates combining international affairs coursework with marketing experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated interest in technology policy, the Indo-Pacific region and/or B2B professional services marketing.
  • Hands-on experience producing content in Canva or comparable design tools; familiarity with LinkedIn campaign management.
  • Working knowledge of marketing analytics concepts; experience with Pardot, Salesforce, HubSpot or similar platforms is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools for content creation and analytics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to translate technical policy content into clear, audience-appropriate copy.
  • Self-motivated, detail-orientedand comfortable owning recurring execution tasks with limited supervision.
  • Authorization to work in the United Statesrequired.


Logistics

  • Location: Washington, DC (in-office, hybrid schedule).
  • Duration: One semester, with potential to extend.
  • Reports to: SeniorDirector,Technology.
