Senior Interior Designer ( High-End Residential )

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join a talented Interiors team. This role is ideal for a creative design leader with experience managing luxury residential projects from concept through completion.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the interior design scope for multiple high-end residential projects from initial concepts through final installation.

  • Develop design concepts, finish palettes, furniture selections, and detailed specifications.

  • Create and review interior drawings, elevations, and design documentation.

  • Collaborate closely with architects, builders, vendors, and project teams.

  • Serve as the primary client-facing designer and deliver professional presentations.

  • Mentor and guide junior interior designers.

  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables.

  • Oversee furniture installations and participate in construction walkthroughs.

  • Build relationships with vendors, artisans, and suppliers.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.

  • 6+ years of experience in high-end residential interior design.

  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit (required).

  • Experience with Studio Designer preferred.

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and SketchUp/Enscape/Lumion is a plus.

  • Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills.

  • Excellent communication and client presentation abilities.
