Estate Planning Drafting Paralegal
Location: 9859 South 168th Ave.  Omaha, NE 68136 | Schedule: Full-Time, On-Site
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Estate Planning Drafting Paralegal to join our drafting team and ensure the accurate production of estate planning and business entity documents. This role includes hands-on drafting and future team leadership, working alongside the drafting team to maintain quality, efficiency, and consistency in all documents produced.
Key Responsibilities
· Support current drafting team members
· Draft estate planning documents directly, including trusts, wills, POAs, amendments, and other planning instruments
· Manage workflow and quality control for all drafting projects
· Prepare and oversee drafting of LLC and business formation documents
· Coordinate client signings, ensuring all documents are complete and ready for execution
· Oversee CRM matter setup, intake accuracy, and document organization
· Review and implement revisions based on attorney or client feedback
· Communicate with clients professionally and assist with questions as needed
· Maintain organized digital and physical client files
· Enforce drafting standards, processes, and best practices
Qualifications
· Paralegal certification preferred
· 3–5+ years of estate planning drafting experience
· Wealth Counsel experience preferred
· Strong understanding of trusts, wills, POAs, and related planning instruments
· At least one plus years of management, supervisory, team lead, or senior drafting experience 
-  Excellent communication and organizational skills
· Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· Experience with Actionstep or similar CRMs is a plus
